Subscription Purchases

This shop offers non-recurring HamSphere subscriptions. When purchasing a subscription it will automatically upgrade your account immediately after purchase.

Mobile App plug-ins and Antennas

This shop offers extra services to activate the HamSphere 4.0 HF bands, so called "plug-ins" and "antennas".
The HamSphere 4.0 mobile app consists of a basic application covering the HamSphere 4.0 virtual VHF and UHF bands included in your subscription.
The Plug-in and Antenna services are purchased from the mobile shop for a one-off fee and they are delivered automatically after purchase.
The purchased virtual items are personal, non-transferable and valid as long as the user has a valid subscription.

We want you to be happy with your purchased services. Purchased services can be cancelled and refunded according to our return policy below.

Please note that we do not refund any money. Refunds are instead credited your HamSphere account which can be used to purchase subscriptions etc.

Return requests can be done via the HamSphere Support ticket system: http://www.hamsphere.com/support

Our Policy:
  • All refunds: Max one (1) service per day and max three (3) services per week may be returned.
  • Return within 2 hours after purchase: Full refund to your HamSphere account.
  • Return after 2 hours and before 7 days: 80% refund to your HamSphere account.
  • No Returns after 7 days.

Service transfers

  • Services purchased are non-transferable.
